Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - No Cert Welcome, Multiple Openings

Qualifications

  • Have a strong interest in autism and/or Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)

  • RBT certification is required or must be willing to acquire it before employment

  • Minimum of one year working directly with children of any/all abilities

  • A high school diploma is a required minimum qualification

  • Strong interest in Applied Behavior Analysis as a career, Current students studying ABA programs, and those with previous experience as a Behavior Therapist or para-professional in a clinic, home, or school setting are strongly encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

  • Work in schools with children, implementing established goals and following treatment protocols

  • Organize and update program books

  • Monitor and collect information about the client’s behavior and skills using data collection

  • Complete log notes for each session

  • Attend team meetings

  • Be reliable and professional

  • Have reliable transportation or be able to navigate public transportation r

  • Believe in promoting a healthy, supportive, and inclusive work environment
